Dear St. Agnes Families,

Exciting things are happening at St. Agnes! This weekend Keary Stolzer and Dave Grither are installing the Matterhorn 3 Climber to our front playground. This was donated in memory of Glennon and Wilma Werner. Wayne Hoog, Robin Mazo, and Chris Hoog made, installed, and donated cafe-style awnings for our cafeteria. One of my 3rd graders Elyse said to me, "Doesn't those make our cafeteria look beautiful!"

Students have been practicing for our virtual Christmas concert. I think they sound like angels and I must admit they have brought tears to my eyes when I hear them sing. I love that they have been learning to play instruments and read music as well. Mrs. Aden's 6th-grade class will be performing a version of the Christmas Carol for the lower grades. Students have been making Christmas decorations, using their Advent Books, making cards and decorations for nursing homes, and learning about the birth of our Savior Jesus. Our student government has been planning fun Christmas activities for the next couple of weeks.

Our CAC basketball season starts off this weekend. The teams wore their jerseys to school on Friday. The rest of the students and staff greeted the players with cheers and support as they exited the building. I'm looking forward to watching their games. GO, CRUSADERS!!!

Clayton Huck an alumnus who is attending Kendrick Glennon Seminary visited the classes and spoke to the students about prayer and listening to God.

As always, keep our school and students in your prayers.

Blessings,
